La Jara Pinot Grigio Spumante Rose
La Jara Pinot Grigio Spumante Rose shows a fruity taste, it is well balanced and very pleasant to drink. The bouquet is fruity, elegant and fresh with scents of rose grapefruit. Its colour is unique: a light rose pink, brilliant, refined as well as fascinating.
This wine ticks a ridiculous number of a la mode boxes on paper: rose, pinot grigio, organic and fizz. In spite of this, it is actually a really good wine, pure, elegant and beautifully poised. Not just good, it is an extraordinary wine, the flavours and qualities are enhanced if tasted with fish or shellfish.
La Jara Pinot Grigio Spumante Rose won a silver medal at the Expo Vina International competition in Zurich. It was commended for both its colour and bouquet.

La Jara Pinot Grigio Spumante Rose:
“Ten Rosés for Valentine’s Day“: “Not many people know this, but pinot grigio has a pink skin (literally ‘grey’ from grigio) and so if you crush the grapes gently you can pick up a stunning pink hue from these organically grown tiptop grapes. La Jara is jaw-droppingly beautiful and ultra-rare. Made by a Prosecco genius, this is one of the most alluring fizzies I have tasted in years.”
The Daily Telegraph refers to La Jara as Prosecco royalty. The La Jara Pinot Grigio Spumante Rose as “sheer, unadulterated drinking pleasure laced through with raspberries, wild strawberries and sherbet.” [/note]
