Online Wines – Returns & Cancellations
In the unlikely event that some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered please simply give us a call on 01243 887 508. Alternatively, you can email us on email@example.com. Either way, we ask you to do this within 30 days of delivery. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
Cancellation of Order
If you simply change your mind or wish to cancel for any other reason you may do this at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the date you receive your wine, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact and returned to us in good condition. A full refund less delivery charges will be arranged. Just give us a call on 01243 887 508 although we will ask you to put a quick note in writing as well, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
