Granges des Felines White – Piquepoul-Sauvignon.
Granges des Felines white wine is an unusual blend of grapes resulting in a dry and yet aromatic wine that is a perfect match to any seafood. The wine is named from the place it is made: Félines Saint Marcel. The wine has a brilliant colour with a pale yellow tint and green hues. There is a lovely fresh nose of white flowers and fruits with a lovely freshness in the mouth.
Its crisp and clean qualities make it an eminently quaffable drop that represents superb value for money.
Based on the edge of the ecologically delicate Bassin du Thau, Fabienne Capelloruns maintains her estate with a very sensitive ethos. Her abandonment of many modern techniques in favour of more sustainable, traditional practices is perhaps the core factor in her ability to produce wines of real quality at a reasonable price.
