Erbaluna Dolcetto Liste
Erbaluna Dolcetto Liste has massive flavour and has a splendid almost black colour. There are plenty of fruity aromas, reminiscent of cherry flowers and bitter almonds. Coffee and bramble jelly flavours seem to come at you from all directions.
The grapes for this wine are selected from old vines. It is quite a sturdy wine and needs to mature in the cellar, it is only bottled soon before the next harvest.
Grower: Erbaluna.
Ageing: keep for at least a year from bottling. It will keep well for up to 4 or 5 years.
Matches: poultry, stewed vegetables and soft cheeses.
Serve at 14-16° C.
