Bois d’Yver Chablis AOC, Domaine de Bois d’Yver, George Pico.
Bois d’Yver Chablis is proper, traditionally made un-oaked Chablis. A lovely wine that is typically elegant, superbly pure and natural tasting. It is bright, almost crystalline. The pleasure begins with the aromas of the fruit, and the hints of almond. The mineral character intensifies the taste.
